Everything was perfect, we book deluxe room, and request higher floor for good mountain view. Very much satisfied. An plus point for breakfast, food is super nice, from omelette, nasi lemak,sambal, salad,& many more,all tasty. 'Keep it up Chef" we love it. will come again to heritage.

Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here. But in fact, it can accommodates 4 persons with 4 breakfast.

We, a group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was exactly what we were looking for. The set-up on the river and the edge of the Taman Negara National Park was perfect for us as we did some jungle and the canopy walk, enjoyed the nature with some wildlife around including monkeys, wild boars and plenty of birds of different species. Staff was a bit disorganize but very friendly and the food (a-la-carte or buffet) good considering the location. What else? Accom

1. Cheerful and friendly front desk staff. No hassle with my reservation. Rebate on the entrance fee was quickly announced.

3. The Le Blason restaurant staff. Even when it was almost closing time, they still served us with smiles.
4. The twin-bed room was of a comfortable size. Windows faced the 'village' street. Had a great time watching people walking by.

It was second trip to Cameron Highlands, really glad we stayed in Dela Fern. Room was spacious. We liked hotel's design and there was no smell of dampness. So cozy and clean. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was quite nice with variety of food. We enjoyed our time there and definitely will choose again. Before we stayed in Smokehouse, it's nice to try colonial style hotel, but once was enough as damp bed and rubber sausages for breakfast couldn't get out of our memory.

Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though.
