  Made to feel welcome as soon as you enter as the staff are so friendly and helpful! Rooms are basic but very comfortable with good aircon and make a great base for exploring! Wifi is available downstairs with computers which you can use for free! The decor is actually pretty modern and the bathrooms are very clean. A few stops to KLCC, Nice lounge, rooms are OK, showers clean and were available at any time I needed them. Free tea and coffee all day through. Plenty of taxis around at night if you need them to get to airport or KL sentral. Nice place to stay if you are in KL for a few days.

  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks.   Iman, who greeted me upon my evening check-in was an absolute gem throughout my stay - very knowledgeable about traveling in all of Asia, and willing to take time to talk. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The (single) room was comfortable enough, though I had initial shock at the shoebox size. But from everything I heard, this guesthouse is really - Very nice place! Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.
