We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.
The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.

Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow selection available.

Close to a shopping mall and a few eateries down stairs.
Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies.

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".
Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…
