I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.
