  the location is strategic and near to the shopping complex.like to be here again next time - It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.

  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   The staff were friendly and knew me as this is my second visit to the hotel. My request for room with window were met and again it was a breeze to check in. - Convenience,friendly staff and very helpful, fuss free check in, rooms are comfortable with big bathroom.

  Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a big smile. I booked two rooms for two nights and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the size of the room (not too small, n... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ot too big. Just a nice size). My room was at the 7th floor where I could see nice view of klcc and twin tower. Plus, the hotel is close to lrt statio - I enjoyed my stay. Worry especially when my two daughters decides to go shopping on their own, they can easily get off the LRT and just walk back to the hotel. It is safe as the places outside of the hotel are always full of people,
