We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable.
Place is pretty descent for a quick coastal getaway. And very good value for your money. -

I liked the room, neat, large and clean. Bathrooms are also very comfortable, this is my second time stay here with my family. Swimming pool also good, I can enjoy my breakfast while watching the kids swim. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Our arrival is most welcome. -

Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel.
