Clean linen and bathroom, water heater inside the room which is so useful to make tea/coffee (free) every time, bonus cookies inside, television, desk mirror, and slippers. The location is in Little India where is 24 hours active, but our room in 4th floor still quite and calm in the night. Near kl Sentral and nice place for night walking. Excellent staff, house keeping, facilites for the price you pay, perfect running hot water and coffee maker with prompt supply of necessary things on daily basis for all the 5 nights. simply a great hotel with excellent location and value for money.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the MRT station where you can catch any train to get around Kuala Lumpur. He seems like so rigid, poor of smile, and served us so slow. If the management could take little effort, there is a possibility to make the stay less noisy. sound system and songs from nearby DVD/CD shops is making big noise through high voltage sound system, which really irritates the customers during night hours till 1200 in midnight. The booking wasn't handled very well and initially we were put in a lower quality room than booked. Very noisy.. loud music is played on the street outside till about 12:30 am by the multiple audio cd shops.. its just too loud. There seems to be no law for noise pollution. Hotel is in start of little india, i have to took a whole circle to reach there instead of a straight road. Sleepers were of two different pairs. rooms not sound proof, several speakers outside hotel blarring and disturbing sleep till late night upto 2 am.. The room is small, wet and smells like mud. The music on the street can be heard all night long (hotel situated in district Little India). I couldn't sleep without earplugs. I think that this hotel doesn't worth this price. Located in the middle of Little India aera wich is really noisy. cocrosh are in the room. room must be very clean to avoid all this insects.ROOM SERVICE VERY POOR DUE TO LACK OF STAFF. ONLY 2 STAFF AVAILABLE. WIFI SIGNAL VERY LOW, REQUEST FOR IRON AND BOARD DELIVERY TO THE ROOM 1 HOUR DUE TO NOBODY TO SEND TO THE ROOM. STAFF UNABLE TO HANDLE ALL BY THEMSELVES WITH 2 OF THEM ONLY. towel is old, if you arrive at night at KL central, too dark alley to walk to the hotel, even quite near. not so close to KL central monorail. no window hotel room. 1) Lots of ants around the room 2) Too noisy outside until late night 3) Staff missed out providing complimentary water and biscuits 4) Reception area is too small 5) Only one plug point available for charging electronics!.
