The staff at reception desk, the security, housekeeping and porter were helpful , polite and cheerful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed there once before.
It was disappointing that we could not check in online for our flight cos there was no Computer terminal available at the reception .
Definitely the location.. Room was clean and comfortable.. would choose this hotel again..
The lift was old and slow.. lift door has no sensor, sometimes while waiting for pax to exit, door just closes and we end up waiting for the next lift.
Tq alot for the upgrade and it was a pleasant stay with clean and confortable room.
Well all is so good except whenn you are back late at nite the entrance to the hotel is confusing. Maybe a proper entrance with indication will help

The lift area is a bit dirty. The lift for services is also located in the same area where rubbish from rooms were also transported using the service lift.

The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.
Having to use different lifts to get to my room was a bit of a challenge. The view was not that spectacular being in amongst the concrete jungle of the City.
they are very kind. they helped to hold my booking till my payment went thru, as i do not own a credit card. (ms Rakhee is very helpful)
i was expecting more of a hotel interior like other suites i have stayed at before. i was hoping for a carpeted flooring and a bath tub. otherwise its all fine :)

Everything is up to standard. Not too fancy and not too slacky. It was just nice for a tourist who want to spend less on accommodation and shop more.

Location is Bukit Bintang above Fahrenheit 88 Mall and opposite Pavillion Mall. This area is lively in late night too. Newly done spacious, neat and clean modern rooms.Fully equipped kitchenette.
There was only one bathroom between two bedrooms, which was our wrong choice. But a modern glittering one. There was no breakfast as there is no restaurant attached.

The spacious living area which is so comfortable for 5 of us and the location of the suites is so convenient.
When we tried to leave before 1030am, the mall entrances were closed, no sign or direction was given on where to get out.
Great location; in bukit bintang, all mAjor malls within walking distance.monorail station is 5 minute walk. Comfortable rooms with basic kitchenette(microwave/electric stove). Petronas can be reached in 15 min by monorail. Staff is efficient. Taxis are also easily available at street at all times.there is pool/ gym and spa facility. Cinema is 2 min walk away. Ideal location for someone who wants to do a lot of shopping and go to nice restaurants/cafes.
The entrance/ reception area is nt the greatest bt once in the apartment everything is comfortable. Wifi is charged! 18 rm for 24 hours!!!

The main entry to the suite is a bit dark and hidden, need a long walk to reach the lobby of the suite.

The location is really nice, very near to pavilion, star hills, etc. Althought the building is old, but they made renovation, simple yet comfort.
The soundproofing of the room is not good, I can hear my neighbor packing their stuff. Furthermore, two rooms apartment only one bathroom available, it's a bit inconvenient.
It's the first time we were charged for a lost card key. We misplaced it in the room which we are sure its just somewhere there. We have to pay for the lost key when other hotels don't do that.
I had mistake booking d wrong date,bt reception didnt call me to make sure my check in date...costing im losing rm220...what a shame

There isn't any coffee house or restaurant in the vasinity. We have to go out or at the mall. Should at least have a small kiosk or shop at the main lobby
Location is perfect and large rooms
You are not allow to open the room window for fresh air. They are locked. One of reception guys was not helpful and really sharp. Bad smell in hotel and rooms..maybe because of the locked windows. One of the reasons that I booked in this hotel that it has a swimming pool but I did not swim in it. The area around the swimming pool looks dirty and there was no swimming pool seats to relax.

The location was excellent with easy acces to all shopping areas and transport
Stayed three nights on 16th floor and could not sleep for 2 out of 3 nights owing to nightclub music coming from 4th floor. Defininately not a quiet place to sleep. Dirty couch.

Th location is very close to the Pavilion and other shopping and restaurants. Fahrenheit has a great swiming pool and the one plus bedroom apartments are good size.
Our main bedroom had a noisy a/c unit and kept waking me up during the night. The window in the main bedroom didn't close properly and let the traffic noise in.

No hand towels, and the facilities were worn down and it was difficult to find the reception. Was disappointed with how rundown the suites were. And in our room there was a terrible smell. Curry I think. There are owner/tenants in the block so that was also quite strange.
