Our usual Kota Kinabalu hotel was full so we hunted around for another good budget hotel. For us, this means a clean, quiet room with everything working and air con, but we're not after anything else, like freshly painted walls, colour coordination, throw pillows etc! City Park hotel is a little more expensive than our usual but the place is in a slightly better state of repair. Everything worked and was clean. The aircon was super quiet and the electric shower worked fine. The staff were frie.
