  I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very very helpful .. This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff.. The attention to details was out of-standing .. - If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness. S

  I travelled with 5 of my children age range from 16 yrs old to 5 mnths. We stayed 2 nights in the family room with 2 king size beds and added an extra bed for the maid. We had a pleasant stay and my children enjoyed the stay very much. We went to the horse trail and rode horses and had a short riding lesson, we went to the animal park and the youn... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ger kids love feeding the rabbits, deer, guinea pigs and donkeys at the park. They also enjoyed the donkey ride. - 1. Cheerful and friendly front desk staff. No hassle with my reservation. Rebate on the entrance fee was quickly announced. 2. Checking-in. Simple, easy, quick. 3. The Le Blason restaurant staff. Even when it was almost closing time, they still served us with smiles. 4. The twin-bed room was of a comfortable size. Windows faced the 'village' street. Had a great time watching people walking by. 5. The beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the hotel.
