Location is closed to JR Station and Matsumoto Castle Clean and Big room for family. It's close to the station, and the staff was very helpful. Nice and close to the station. Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standard. Definitely value for money!. None. Make sure you print a large enough map to see the side street it's tucked into.
