The hotel is located right next to the Kyoto station - just a few minutes walk. It was convenient to get there as we arrived, but then, it wasn't as easy to get to attraction places. The hotel is not bad, just a bit basic. The staff. food. None. Smoking in the rooms, breakfast not included, not good value for money. dirty beds. Nothing to impress.
