Staff is very kind and helpful, despite the difficulty of communication in english (common problem all over Japan)...
Room is comfortable.
The location is practical, at walkable distance (200mt) from the 2nd stop of Gora-Sounzan cablecar...
it has got an Onsen (hotspring bath) at ground floor, open till 2am, and from 5am, with outdoor tub!

The hotel is not far from Gora Station but the weather in November is too cold to walk. Shuttle service is very convenient but you need to book both pick up and departure from hotel. Hotel staffs are very nice but they speak english very little. Convenient store is not far from hotel, just 5-10 mins walk. Room is spacious comparing to tokyo's room.
Very interesting hotel, I had live in here for 2 Nights. Beautiful Views, Nice services and handsome waiter. Breakfast is good! Hot spring and the spa equipment is awesome!! I will suggest this hotel to all of you!!.

Staff communicates in English fairly well for a Japanise. Good tailored shuttle service, else it would have been inconvenient to get in and out of the hotel. Hotel should offer pick up shuttle service for guest arrival upon booking. Good breakfast. Hotel is clean but old, with basic facilities. Bed is comfortable. Room size is fairly big. Recommend an overall rating of 7.5.
Breakfast is too small and not variety but acceptable.
Far away from bus station.
Hotel is located a little out of the main road. No public bus service nearby. Upon arrival it was inconvenient to drag luggage along the road in search for the hotel. Not convenient for food. Recommend to eat in Gora town before heading back to hotel. Hotel needs a new outfit. Big room can fit a family of 4. Should not limit guests to 2 or 3 per room. Overall price is slightly on the expensive side.

To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Station. The shuttle is available between 09:00-18:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guests with a dinner-inclusive plan must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. A French cuisine will be prepared. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
