  Erinomainen! Vastikään remontoitu palatsi, jossa historiallista tunnelmaa. Saimme junior sviitin sijasta upean 50 m2:n Paradiso-sviitin, jossa iso parveke kanaalille. Todella romanttinen! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Loistava sijainti: Lähellä nähtävyyksiä, mutta sivussa pahimmalta turistivilinältä. Suosittelemme! Excellent! Taina/Helsinki - I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

  We had a lovely quiet corner suite with views of Venice rooftops and the lagoon. The service was excellent. - Everything ! Particularly the upgrading of rthe room at the same price!

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal. Interesting modernised interior. - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds where comfortable and the room was spotless. Oh and the view was awesome.   This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. Like their directions state, the hotel is just a short walk from the waterbus stop. Best facility we stayed in during our Europe trip.
