Lovely big room with seperate dressing room area (please note only one room is this size) with great classical venetian furniture. Very quiet location which is easily reached from Fondamente Nove (stop for waterbus to airport and the Islands of Burano and Murano and also on route from bus/train station). The breakfast was classically Italian - filled croisant, coffee, orange juice and salami, cheese, french toast, various jams/spreads, tea, hot chocolate were all available as well. The location was quite convenient to the Vaparetto stop. The staff members were quite friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate. The bed was firm. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was adequate.
Good location near to center in the quite street, rooms are very clean and really nicely decorated. Great for romantic weekends. Breakfast were awesome. I would definitely come back. Excellent value for money.
We booked for the Guest House, but they then moved us to the hotel, which was fine as the hotel was right in front of the vaporetto stop. The breakfast was nice and we had a beautiful view from our room.
Our room was tiny, but adequate and everything was very clean. Our
breakfast was good and our one night stay was great. It's in a great
location--quiet, with a good neighborhood feeling. We loved it!.

The pillows were too hard and the safe was broken. We couldn't figure out how to work the television.

Our only complaint was our view out the window wasn't pretty.
If you are first time in Venice it's hard to find anything in the city. But after some time it's ok and location of hotel is very good.
Desk man charged 20 Euro instead of 8 Euro for City Tax (1
Euro/pn/n is current rate) beware.
There was no water pressure in the shower. Altough we asked the manager to fix that problem, he did nothing!.
