Perfect appartment right in the middle of Venice. We picked it, because it was close to Piazzale Roma and the cruise terminal, since we went on a cruise after spending a few days in Venice. The street where the appartment is situated, is a dead end street, which prevends loads of people passing through. That's good, because the appartment isn't really 'sound proof'. This is my tenth reservation with booking and it is the best in every
regard. Location was perfect. Nice welcome in french with Orial. Here is
a detail that describes the caring from laura: I asked for a reading
lamp and I got 2 lamps. Fast and reliable wifi, superclean, flowers and
chocolate at the entrance, quiet sestier.
We were met by Orial who took us to the apartment and spent some time showing us place to eat on the map and little hints to help make our stay as good as possible. Laura who manages the apartment was so helpful too. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and well placed so see everything in Venice.

The apartment was beautiful, well loved and well maintained. The
location was perfect, close to lots of bars and the best
sandwich/ wine shop I have ever been to. Laura is an exceptional

Great, spacious apartment. Highlight of the stay was the fabulous kitchen that we were able to test our Venetian cooking abilities out in. Convenient to most places in Venice. Staff was friendly and knowledgable and let us be on our own after checking us in.

at times but a very minor complaint and nothing to do with the apartment

Hard to find specific locations. Easy to get lost in the maize of narrow passages. Not easy to negotiate the many steps over the bridges with large cases.
