Pretty much everything. Our welcome was warm and everything we had imagined from the online reviews we had read. Free underground parking, incredible views, air conditioning was more than adequate during a very hot period in July, breakfast was plentiful with a beautiful outside view of Lake Como. Friendly welcome, style and cleanliness of the accommodation,
helpfulness of the family running the hotel, wonderful attentive
service and willingness to assist such as booking taxis, printing
flight boarding cards - nothing too much trouble. Fantastic situation
on side of lake. Really relaxing environment, wonderful views and
simple but nice breakfast on the terrace and similarly simple but
appetising lunch menu.

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful & friendly.

Recommendations on restaurants were good and explanations of the lake boat system were very helpful. The one evening meal we had at the hotel was very good and the prices were most reasonable. We would stay here again any time we are in the Lake Como area.
