  Nice hotel near Bergamo and Orio al Serio airport(10 minutes by car). Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The guy in receprion is the best proffesional in Italy! Very fast check-in/check-out!   Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).
