Even when our credit card was not accepted, it was possible to pay later on via money transfer and we never felt any discomfort commig from the staff. - The man at reception was really helpful. The breakfast was good and the view from the 5th floor breakfast room is stunning, right at Vesuvius. All the rooms have a balcony with a view. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Free shuttle. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br
