  The place is very warm and inviting. Theo's smile was embracing and welcoming. It was very quiet and green all around, and the location near sirmione and the high-ways is very comfortable. The decoration is beatifull. like a big mantion-house - Rooms were clean and large, pool was good and overall was very well maintained.   The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them. Sauna, Jacuzzi and trainers were good within a well used place. I think this one of the places that gives you the best for your money. I recommend

  * Sirmione is the prettiest place at Garda. * Very friendly owner, took the time to great everyone personally. * private parking lot (rather small but the owner will help you park the car) * VERY nice breakfast --> the wife of the owner makes feshly baked cookies and pies every morning. * Very kitsh interior, it suits the neighbourhood! * Nice ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » swimming pool, private pier. - The owner and his wife was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the lake. Own private jetty to use for swimming and sunbathing. Very short walk to the old town of sirimioni which was fantastic.
