The room was spacious and the view overlooking the Mediterranean from the balcony was outstanding. - Friendly and accommodating staff. For a first time visit to Italy, I felt welcomed and safe. The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

Basic, but comfortable and excellent value for the cost. The restaurant had delicious food - we would return just to eat there. All the customers were locals - no tourists except us! -
