Excellent small new boutique hotel!
we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks.
Giorgio and Max, the managers, were very nice and helpful. They printed things that we needed, guided us how to buy tickets to a football match and gave us tips. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them bec. kaikki arvostelut »
Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water . Staff (georgio) is very polite and also gave me a useful map of Rome and i.
Exceeded all my expectations. Giorgio was very helpful and accommodating. The place is new, the design is great. Location - amazing. And it's definitely secure: having to pass 5 doors to get it:) You get the luxury of a 5 star hotel with the feeling of being at home, including a 24h access to fresh fruits and refreshments, should you have a midnight munches:)
The only place in Rome I would stay from now on when coming back.
This hotel is located in the more modern part of Rome right next to Piazza Barberini and had convenient access to many buses and the metro. We had the Executive Double Room, which was spacious and modern. The internet was reliable. The room included a stocked mini fridge with waters and sodas, and a snack bar with chips, crackers, fresh fruits, and coffees and teas - very convenient!.
Perfect location - 5 mins walk from the Spanish Stairs and a famous Trinita dei Monti church, 20 mins walk from villa Borghese etc.
Absolutely charming hosts - Max and Giorgio - who make one feel at home; fruits and beverages available in the rooms at no extra charge; nice design solutions - just everything which adds to the great impressions from magnificent Rome! :).
I absolutely adore this place! It was the best hotel experience of my life and I would come back to this place in a heartbeat and this is why..

Excellent location for walking through Rome (10 minutes walk to the Forum Romanum) and easily reachable by public transport (3 minutes walk to the Metro station).

The room was spacius, modern and very clean. Our host Mr. Giorgio was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in the restaurant just across the street and you have the choise of Italian or English breakfast.

The flow in shower was a little bit weak but it's nothing compare to all the good things this hotel offers...
Breakfast was very poor.
There is no sign of Relai Sistina outside, so you might not quite get it from the first time.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable. Also, there is a large window from the bedroom straight into the shower, and then a mirror next to this window, which makes privacy in the bathroom almost impossible... a plus for some, minus for others...
Breakfast included is taken in a bar and is very sparse.
The lack of refrigerator for the minibar. We were told that this will be sorted in the near future. To compensate for the inconvinience, the minibar was free off charge.
The bed was not very comfortable.

Rate is a little high for our budget.
Very small room the only place to set is on the bed. .no fridge.
You have to open many doors to get to your room.
Hot water capacity is not enough and managed for single person only.

The heating is a bit too high, the rooms tend to get too dry and hot overnight.
But it is cosy.
Wifi didn't work in the room so you have to do it in the public area. It's more a bed and breakfast than a hotel. No services on site at all after 12pm.
