  Lovely place in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Very friendly owners make sure you are not missing anything. Had the meal they are serving on only on Saturday evening and it was excellent!   The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". Also, staff was super nice and friendly, we were positively surprised with a present from hotel for the Orthodox Easter (we're both fro... mitä ihmiset sanovat » m Russia). So overall we had great time there. - The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

The location was perfect for my needs and Florence was easily accessible via the #7 bus right outside the door. I would highly recommend this hotel and Fiesole as a place to stay outside of Florence. - Its old fashioned style and atmosphere - not 'tarted up' like mosthotels these days; traditional and comforting with very helpful staff
