The room was very comfortable and because it was not busy we received a family suite with two balconies. Vincenzo the host was fabulous and had a great personality.   this is a room from a apartment. the owner is a chinese lady with fluence english. florence map are provided. she even make a cup of coffee for us in the morning !! the bed are clean and tidy. toilet are good !! in the late evening the owner still iron the bed sheets in the pantry,so hardworking. - Excellent service!
