It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walled
city, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there's
a village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot of
english speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating with
only basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfect
english, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovely
stopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.

Everything, Agriturismo Amedea is an outstanding residence, with fantastic rooms, incredible surrounds just out side Pistoia. The breakfasts prepared fresh daily from produce from her own property by Antonella were incredible at a great price. The breakfast was excellent - and eating it in the beautiful
surroundings in the garden just gave us the best start of the day. The
garden was well kept and with possibilities to sit on your own and enjoy
the shadow from the tall trees. We received very good help to find
restaurants with good italian food in the nearby small villages. Only
about 20 minutes by car to beach. We will be back!

When we arrived at the reception the owner was there to greet us with open arms. Very helpful. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming. The rooms are average but nice and clean. The location offered us the chance of a few minutes walk to the main city through the small village which is quite charming. I would certainly return to this hotel.
