  Beaufifully situated hotel. Very elegant and spacious rooms, directly on the lake. Very nice and professional crew.Magnificent views. Breakfast always fresh and big variety. Close to the towns Gardone and Salo. Rooms were always clean (2x a day being cleaned) Large swimming pool, spa area, jaccuzzi and outside pool are just great! The gourmet restaurant was really excellant although expensive and the sommelier was very helpful - we had a great local red wine (Stelle Sfursat 2009) almost like a Rioja Alta.

  Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  Everything was exceptional! They even went to the trouble to get a crib from another hotel for us and held our room all day to see if we wanted to stay another night. - good location

  The Spa!! I wasn't aware of the size and scope of the spa when I booked the hotel. I was there for the cycling but according to the 5 others in our group (not cyclists), I'm a genus. The spa is absolutely fantastic - and included in the price. There are pools, tubs, mud baths, hot pools, cold pools, saunas, steam rooms, quiet rooms for napping, ou... mitä ihmiset sanovat » tside, inside, deep, shallow, hydrotherapy, waterfalls... You get the idea. And all with the natural mineral water. You also get free access to the Ba - Thermal water pools excellent!!! Our room not too big but very confortable,clean with balcony. Nice surprises for guests- each atrenoon glass of wine free for quests,Friday&Saturdays buffet with excellent wine. Very elegant and good restarant.Very,very polite service.

  Beautiful setting for an excellent meal by one of Italy's finest chefs. Close to Lake Iseo which is nice for a boat ride. - Very nice place, to eat at the Gualtiero Marchesi restaurant is a must to do! Excellent staff.
