  great location in a lovely district of Rome. Tram stops around the corner and it's only 5 stops to the old center. The B+B is in an old building facing the quiet inner courtyard. I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. Costanza'a brother and sister were so warm, friendly and helpful - and spoke fluent english. the apartment has only 3 rooms w... mitä ihmiset sanovat » hich makes it quiet homely and a handy little kitchen. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner! Free wi fi is working. Maps of Rome and a lot of help by the owner!

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
