  We are the couple that traveled with Celia and Mark, Lynne and Bob Miertschin. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay! We were near the museums, countryside and within a reasonable drive to Rome. We especially loved the restaurant on site for breakfast and dinners. We ate there and enjoyed the beach! It was beautiful. This family owned b - lovely 22 room hotel in residential area or Tarquinia. 10mins uphill walk to old walled town which was wonderful and a bus ride to the beach which wasn't that nice. The food in the hotel is superb and has an excellent chef. Hotel arranged a taxi from our ship in Civitecchia and again to take us to Rome Airport. Not anywhere to walk so would recommend a car as its a lovely region.

Very quiet at night. - We went to Rome one day and the beach the next. This was a very nice apartment and worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The restaurant around the corner has great food.

  I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved having a balcony and being able to open the - Excellent location with the Vatican a 5min walk. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome
