  The location was very good, just 20 minutes walk from Termini, there were plenty of Nice restaurants in the neighborhood,the room though small had all the essential things.Importantly it was remarkably clean!   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. The bath was not ensuite, but I did not have to share it with other tenants. The owner very kindly accommodated by early departure with an offer of coffee. - La Signora and her assistant, Carmalita were lovely.   Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great.   It was very good service. We used the shuttle bus to the city and to the railway station. Its a long walk to the city so its nice that the hotel have a bus. It was very clean and everything looked nice at the hotel. We got clean towels every day!! Lovely garden and we could eat outside at breakfast. Great beach and pool. - The rooms and staff.   This Hotel is a true gem while in Rome. Location is walking distance from the Vatican. Carlos, the front desk host was extremely helpful. He helped us find information we needed. We had so many questions and he answered them always with a smile.
