Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near
Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. The staff is perfect. The brekfast is ok, tea, coffe, 2 cornetto, jam, bred, jus ( not real). I would reccomend just to add some ham and cheese. The hotel is not fa

Great little hotel and the staff is so nice. Incl breakfast delivered to
your room and it is very clean with nice air conditioner! Just a short
walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one
shot to downtown Rome. Very convenient. Getting there from the airport
is a bit more tricky but not too bad.

Very close to the Policlinco Metro Station. Modern style old lift. Palace feel hotel at the 4th floor (Top floor) of the old residential building in Rome. Very good value of price and have a nice hall for the breakfast. -

I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian
side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is
incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the
excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location
was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It
is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding
streets! I will defiantly be back!

Wonderful location, peaceful, really fantastic, friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. They were also amazingly helpful and arranged for us to visit a privately owned garden that we had hoped to see. The staff were happy to try to provide anything that we asked for. We had a lovely room with a view of the lake, and the food was excellent too. Will definitely come again - and soon if possible

The space was clean and well kept. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Safety never an issue (felt very safe). Owner of property and family wonderful, accommodating, and very helpful. Located near the train ( short walk) and only small fee to travel into Rome by train. Excellent dining, friendly locals. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful B and B. Some traffic noise, but even that ended by 2100. Would love to stay again!
