  We loved everything about La Quercia Di Mamre -- especially the staff. The proprietor and his son were very warm, friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and centrally located -- easy walk to the Vatican.   Good value for the cost. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the Stazione Termini for a quick departure to the airport was wonderful. Had Rome maps available for guests.   It was excellent for the money. They had free parking and were helpful in explaining how to get around the city. Its your typical cheaper hotel, but no bad surprises except it was very dirty in the hallways and stairs. The room was good and had a nice balcony. And the wifi worked. - Breakfast is good.
