  What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females... mitä ihmiset sanovat » travelling either alone or as a group. Really comfortable beds, we had the best view of outside as we were on the corner. Excellent aircon which was - Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a 15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

  We stayed at 305 via delle Fornaci. I think there are a number of different aparments so I can't comment on all. We couldn't believe what a fabulous place it was within walking distance of the Vatican City. We had a car and we were able to park it in a very secure fashion. There was even a washing machine. It is in a great location right outside a metro station and only 5 mins walk to Vatican City, there are a good choice of restaurants about and the neighbourhood was safe. The apartment is small but was very clean.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Memory foam mattress bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in! Rooms are spacious with Sky Italia, good WIFI, an espresso maker which we used every morning with the complimentary biscuits. This isnt a hotel as such but a number of rooms in a building beside the pantheon. We found this was great as any other hotel facilit - The location is perfect, just off the Pantheon and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Despite being in the middle of the old city, the hotel is in a quiet street and you cannot hear any noise from the rooms. There are only 6 rooms (each named after a Roman god). The room itself is not big, but luxurious and spotlessly clean. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The staff were very cheerful and friendly too.

  Originally booked for two nights and loved it so much that we added two more. Excellent service, location and cleanliness. Francesco (the hotel owner) was always available and was incredibly accommodating. We all know how that goes, th - This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who were extremely helpful! It is a little tricky to find because the driving direction changes mid-street on the street it is located. Also the name changes on the street - so Rome! We were driving a rental car so if you are on foot or going by taxi it is much easier. A very nice hotel in an area that is less touristy in Rome.

We spent long hours just walking around and stumbling upon amazing historical monuments.   The choice to book the Town House for our stay in Rome was the best we could do. Antonella was a great hostess and gave us a lot of insider-information you would not find in a guide. The district where the Town House lays, is a silent part of Rome with nice restaurants round the corner.   Everything was more than wonderful! Cinzia was the most accommodating and helpful manager! We were concerned about the noise from the streets but the rooms had double windows that shut any noise down!   The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done.
