  Alice, the lady in charge was great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was handy for the bus to Torino and had free paking, the reason we stayed there. We speak some Italian, otherwise english speakers might have a problem.

  The hotel staff were friendly and helped me find the bus. The owner evendrove me to the train station to save me 30 euros ($40-$50 usd) in taxifair. The hotel was clean and my stay was great. I would definitely staythere again. - People were very nice
