Room was a bit small, but on your own, ok
i could check in before 12 o'clock; the staff was always very polite; the room was nice (but small!)
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a nice "cosy" feel about it

Rooms were to a very high standard, small yet lovely and 20 min walkfrom Dormo centre of Milan, breakfast was great in choice and value
Bar was not available around the clock
The hotel offered wireless internet access, but did not mention the daily price of 10 euro, until check-out. That ruined parts of my positive experience with the hotel.
