The location of the hotel is great ! cafes, restaurants, and transports fully available. Only 20 minutes from the duomo by walk. The staff is very nice and offers a good management. Great great deal ! Breakfast included + free wifi !!! We really enjoyed our stay
Hotel has great location its only 15 mins walk to Duomo.Its easy to get to hotel from Milan Central Station you take tram no.9 and get off on stop called Piazza Cinque Giornate and hotel is 300m away or you take bus no.60 and it will take you straight to hotel to the bus stop Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio.Room was clean,towels were changed every 2 days,breakfast is typical italian but if you are not used on that u always have option of McDonalds which is 50m away from hotel.Stuff was friendly and helpful about where and how to get where we wanted to go.
Only one thing was problem A/C in the room that you couldnt use on your own.

Andreas was great. Really helpful so make sure he is the one you deal with. Super location. Use bus 60 to and from Milan. Supermarkets near the hotel. Excellent value.

air conditioning remained on only from 8pm until 8am. We were told it would be on until 11am, they lied. The wifi was very poor, even in other parts of the hotel.

Not expensive. Room was tidy. Can be reached from the station by taking tram line no. 9.
No elevator: carrying bags two storeys was not easy. Bathroom shower was a disaster - completely clogged and hence very uncomfortable. They offered free WiFi but there was no signal reception in the room. Had to go down to the lobby to check email.
it was end of november, alhtough the room was small, it was cold. The guy at the reception was rude. he shouted at me once. i was in shock. it is not so far from center, but not walking distance. you have to take a bus, there are 4-5 station to the center.it takes 25 minutes to the central train station by bus. I dont recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately service very poor. They stopped air conditioning during the night in the mid december so the room was so cold in the morning. Forget about wireless, they charge you 5 € for that. It seems the owners are a family with no manners and I had an impression they hate customers. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

The Hotel is well located.
Nothing is free in the hotel, terrible service and still uses tricks to offer benefits via the internet. Please read everything very carefully because you will have bad surprises. My advice is: "Don't choose this place and be happy!".
