Very special and different from usual hotels. Friendly owners even lent us a sun umbrella for the beach at Forte Dei Marmi. Great place to relax.
Wonderful breakfast with different home made items each day and we were given foil and plastic bags to take the surplus for lunch. Also plenty of free bottles of water.

Clean, nice hotel, which is a very nice and classic Italian country house with perfect view, right under a castle, in a typically italien village. The owner, the host was very very friendly and helped us immediately if we had a question, gave good advices what should we visit. You can reach easy Lucca, Pisa, Florence, with a stack of "must see" attraction. In the other way You can find beatufil nature, with mountains, small roads.

We stayed three nights with Monica and Stefano and enjoyed every bit of it. We ate with them for the three nights and really enjoyed trying all the local dishes--at 25 euros per person including wine and after dinner liquors---excellent. One of my friends was coeliac and they catered for all her requirements perfectly.
