  We stayed at this hotel twice in july 2013. For us it was an ideal location on our way to a camping in Toscana, and also for the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too keen to leave my car loaded with 3 bicycles on the parking place. The staff allowed me to park the bicycles in their garage.   The hotel is simple, clean and a good value. AC and wifi in rooms and even had a balcony this time. Parking too. Staff is friendly and professional. Speak English as well. Helped us find a late-night reservation during our first stay. Second time stopping over there.   The location is convenient from Milan City and Airports if you want to visit Lake Como and the town. Very easy access and plenty of parking. Some shopping opposite but more in Como as are the sights. Rooms are clean bright and very quiet. Beds wonderful. Buffet breakfast is very Ibis, not smart but good coffee and plenty of choice. Price is very good considering it is Como and the facilities offered.
