  Very close to Termini station (3 min. Walking) Has 24 hr. Reception so it helped us because we arrived late at night. Room was clean, towels were exchanged every day. Wifi was ok. The street is nice and clean. There is a good restaurant just next to the hotel entrance.

  There was no guest reviews at the time of booking, however I liked the simple and elegant description of the rooms and the photos on the web. All web information was very accutare and I wouild have gladly stayed longer. It was wonderful how quiet the room was for such a busy central location. Perfect, and all staff were extremely pleasant.   Nice Location, I paid for single bed but received double bed and much nicer room than I expected. Gave me some nice advice on where to eat etc. very pleased with the hotel overall.   Nice owner, Claudio will try his best for you to feel most comfortable. The place is located between the Roma Termini and Colosseum, so location is great! Monti area is very nice, many hip places to spend the evenings.. For the room, very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the double-bed room, it has a separate but private bathroom. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
