  We had a very large and lovely room with en suite bathroom that had a bath, which was a relaxing way to end our busy day exploring this busy city. The TV had a good selection of international channels. Very close to the central station. - The room was comfortable, but small.

  Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome.   We were very impressed by La Girandola. It is only 3 or 4 minutes from the Fiumicino Airport platform at Roma Termini, which is so convenient. The Hotel is outstandingly clean and nicely decorated. Our room had wifi, a safe and a refrigerator and very comfortable twin beds. The owner, Guglielmo, was so friendly and - Very friendly owner who made us a coffee when we arrived and showed us the main attractions on the map. Owner spoke only a little English but we muddled through and was part of the experience. Nice spacious room. Excellent double glazed windows meant it was quiet at night even in a busy and noisy area. Location was excellent with all sites within walking distance and the train and metro stations 5 mins walk away. I would stay here again if I ever returned to Rome and would have no hesitation i

They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.
