  The fact that it's near the railway station but not one of the railway station hotels. It's hidden away, very quiet and has a fantastic elevator and outside sitting space. The staff is friendly, funny and genuinely nice. The daytime desk manager was fantastic! He was so helpful with what to do and where to go. I even walked from the hotel to the Forum and Colosseum. Took about 20 minutes but not a bad walk. Hotel is also close to great shopping and restaurants. There is a little pizza place down the street that serves pizza and a drink for 3.50 Euros! I would stay here again!!

  Erittäin mukava henkilökunta neuvoi kaikessa! Vaivaton ja sujuva käynti kokonaisuudessaan. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta hyvin kuvia vastaava. Peilit toi paljon lisää tilaa. Kylppäri oli iso ja hieno!   We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel. The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time. The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day). The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.

It is only a block of Piazza Navona, which has lots of great restaurants and is a stunning area. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room.
