Very clean , friendly welcome, Breakfast quite basic but fresh pastries and coffee set out which you collect and eat in your room. very good location for a base point, Shops, Mini s/market, Laundrette and resturants all on the door step.   Great place for the value. The idea is not to spend most of your time in the room while in Rome! It was very clean, it was easy to sleep and the staff were very friendly! The only thing I felt was missing was a little table the rather spacious common area to eating your breakfast at.   Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   Comfortable rooms and warm treatment from the staff. Massimo and wife were really accomodating to my wife and kids while I was away for two days out of Rome. Location is great and walking distance to train station.
