  The location of the hotel is perfect - about 80 meters from Lepanto metro station. Near to the Vatican and Castle St. Angelo (10 min. Walk). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern furnitured, the bathroom is also clean and normal sized, the staff is kind and helpful. Our room has a nice sunny terrace, but there is also a bigg - The location is very central, 2 minutes to Lepanto metro station/bus tops, 10 - 30 minutes walking to most major sites of Rome (which is great considering the horrible public transportation network in Rome. I held a Roma pass but ended up walking all the time). The neighborhood is clean and safe, with lots of hotels and offices around so you would have no trouble walking late at night. I love the vintage design inside the hotel, and my room (the cheapest type) looks new and much more beautiful

  Federico the host was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with an orientation to Rome and gave us some tips for exploring the city which was much appreciated. The pics on this site are very accurate- the place is quite pretty and clean- and my cleanliness standards are high! I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

  really great value for price. We were at the turn of November and December. The room was clean, quiet, cosy and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The heating worked and the water was also very warm:) location is perfect. The location was good, you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building and there was a very handy lift.

  The owner of the hotel is an old couple and they r both very nice and friendly. You don't feel uncomfortable when u r living there as other hotels. It is very free there and very quiet. You can even go to the kitchen at any time and there r free coffee, juice, milk and bread for the whole day. It's perfect for family trip. - We loved the location of the guest house, it is located next to the station, but at the same time in a quiet street, the house has its own patio, the apartment itself is very large with high ceilings, there is a breakfast room with all necessary equipment.
