  Pierfranchesco was very helpful, indeed he kindly helped my try andcontact the airline after I had discovered I had left my ipod on theplane!! Service was first class and the room was always very clean.You only really use the room at night as you are out all day anyway -so on that basis the hotel was perfect for that purpose!   Location is perfect, walking distance to the Vatican and all bus tour sightseeing tour. Very clean, spacious, private, comfortable room, excellent breakfast included. The owner Roxana and her husband were very professional, friendly and made us feel at home. As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. The local restaurants he recommended were all good and friendly to tourists. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  Roberta, great location. One block from the Vatican. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Safe, great little restaurants. Nice little coffee shop right a cross the street. Again Roberta the host. - Roberta and her staff were wonderful. It was a great experience. I would go back there again an recommend it to others!
