  The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice

  This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. You feel at home the moment you step in. Everything is taken care of. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when - The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.

  We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. What more can you ask...Our room was beatiful, modern and clean style, in a 100 years old building, with all the amenities and a SmartTv LCD w - The wifi wasn't permanent when we arrived (still being setup), so we got a portable wifi access-point. That was great to take with us during our various tours through rome :) The room was very clean, though we rarely saw any staff. The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high. Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant.   I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.
