  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. Excellent and very attentive service. Hotel staff made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in providing information about restaurants and things to see. I requested an early check-in and the hotel was able to acccomodate me. I would definitely stay there again.

  The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Besides croissant or toast, you can also try some Chinese style breakfast,it's pretty good!!! - this place is only a few metres from termini train station, and although the termini neighbourhood is not too good, this place is quietly tucked away in a side street so you wont be bothered by any of that. staff is very nice and helpful, hotel and room interior are minimal but everythings clean. our room was quite spacy too. nothing romantic or special but for this price and our needs very satisfying!

  ideal for travellers in transit, literally 150 meters from Roma Termini. Location is not of course pleasant or pretty but extremely convenient for a short stay between train journeys.   Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

  We enjoyed our stay in this small and cosy hotel very much indeed. They kept our reservation even there was some kind of an issue with the credit card provided. The staff, especially Mimmo (I think) at the reception were just great, always smiling and always ready and willing to help.   The location was great. Right near the Monti neighborhood and close to the major sites (without being too close). There were some great restaurants (a Tre Scalini was fantastic) and shopping nearby and also a very local feeling. We very easily walked to the Piazza Monti and hung out by the fountain with drinks several nights. Our hosts were very... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nice and helpful. We enjoyed being pleasantly greeted every time we came back to our room. Wifi was very good, no problems. The room had many conven - I stayed in this hotel with my wife and two daughters for 4 days. The location is perfect for visiting the different sites in Rome. The Colosseum and other nearby attractions is just a 10 to 15 mins. walk from the hotel. Going to Vatican, bus stop for bus #40 is just around the corner. Trevi fountain is also just a 15 min walk from the hotel. The staff Catalina was very helpful. The room was so clean and made up everyday. Wifi is free and fast. Good restaurants are also aplenty in Via del Serpe

They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.
