  This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rome (15 minutes walk to Termini, 5 minutes walk to Manzoni or Vittorio Emanuele subway stations). Actually, we have not used subway or buses to get to any main attractions. The hotel is located on the first floor of res - The owner Max is just a straight up nice guy, always providing great service and recommendations, to the point of making dinner reservations for us. The location is interesting as the place can be hard to find, though it is close to Termini Station and the Manzoni Metro Station.   We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern.   Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. If we went back we wouldn't hesitate to book and we would book out travel times on this hotels availability because we really don't think that any other hot... mitä ihmiset sanovat » el offers what they do. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

  We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of choice ham&cheese, cereals, yoghurt etc. David brought us freshly made co - Wonderful private hotel with friendly, homely atmosphere. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,
