  Great location! Very close to public transportation, within a 30 minute walk of major tourist venues, and VERY convenient to the Vatican. Due to airline issues beyond our control we came in MUCH later than check in and the owner accommodated that which we really appreciated.   Loved these rooms - we travelled around Italy for 2 weeks, staying in a combination of hotels, apartments and B&Bs, and Rome ApartHotel was the best one. Rooms were clean, spacious, with all the facilities we needed. We were really well looked after by the staff too. - Location was next to St Peters Square and the Vatican and the subway.   We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,

  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.
