  great location in a lovely district of Rome. Tram stops around the corner and it's only 5 stops to the old center. The B+B is in an old building facing the quiet inner courtyard. I love the charming old-fashioned elevator. There is a car park very close by that costs only € 7,- for every full 24 h, which is very hand - Perfect apartments in historical building. Everything is very clean and designed with antiwar furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, a lot of pictures and books make atmosphere of home hospitality. Owner meets you by him shelf, very kindly person. Breakfast is perfect- you have everything, meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits... And perfect italian coffee, made by wife of the owner!   Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too ! The breakfast includes milk, juice, tea, coffee, bread, cereals, fresh and delicious croissants and a lot of jelly! Near to termini station and with some restaurants and souvenirs shops!   This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   I loved the white beddings,towels and even floor mats,it says a lot about their committment to hygiene. Although I got lost and checked in almost 3 hrs later than discussed,the staff was very patient and friendly. - Great location by the Vatican and bus to/from Rome fco.
