  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent.   Spacious, clean and comfortable! Very comfortable for a family of four! Great location with balcony. Bathroom is gorgeous and free wi-fi that actually worked! We did find a great place for pizza called Vito'S. They let us take away and sat at the bar and sipped wine while we waited.   We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient.   Everything was perfect. Stefano was waiting for us at the corner of the street although we arrived a bit late. He gave us some directions and advices to visit the city. The breakfast was served between 8h and 8h30 as planned, it was very nice presented with a lot of thing to eat and was different everyday (pastries were changing, ham, cheese, egg... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s...). Our room was very quite and very clean ! Another point is that the hotel is perfectly located in Roma : 5 minutes walk from Vatican or plaza - Stefano was wonderful. Answered all our questions and printed our train tickets. Breakfast in the room at any hour..pastries, meats and cheeses.... He even walked us to the bus stop so we would know where we were going. Called the cab and helped with the luggage. The quaint old elevator was a great experience. Location was the best to all activities. Very clean and safe!
