  Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it.   We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery). Service was first class and the room was always very clean.You only really use the room at night as you are out all day anyway -so on that basis the hotel was perfect for that purpose!
